{Inspire Me Monday} Take A Moment For Yourself

It may or may not have been a long day for you.  But either way, why not take a nice little six minute break. Here's a great video from a fellow student from my nutrition school to help you s-l-o-w d-o-w-n and take a moment for yourself. You deserve it!  I know after a day of taking Camille to gym class and then off to errands, this little slow down break was very much enjoyed. I hope you'll enjoy it, too!
