Renee refuses to live her life more focused on her fears and worries.

Because of that, she's spent the majority of her life trying to find ways to calm her mind and stay connected to her joy through holistic nutrition, yoga, meditation, eating local organic foods, journaling and even swirling Chinese Medicine balls in her hand.

But, it wasn't until she became a mom and the powerful benefits of mindless, creativity found her.

She says, 'found her,' because, yes, she never, ever, thought she was creative and she was never, ever, trying to be.

Not only did it easily calm her mind like no other, but it also kept her connected to the joy and passion she has for photography and using her camera to get out of her 'to-do list' head to fully savor and enJOY all the moments that make her stop, smile and fill her busy mama heart and life with love (and that's not the laundry, washing dishes and consuming herself with what's happening on the news!).

She doesn't want to look back on her life and regret not being more present to her kids, her husband and all the beauty that fills her life.

Because she believes so deeply in the power of mindless, kid-like, creativity and because of what it has done to positively change her life, she is now a doodling calms inspirer, an inner creative JOY sparks igniter AND a savoring life photographer so she can share with you how creativity will easily calm your mindignite your joy and help you to slow downsavor and focus more on the joy and love that fills your life, no matter how busy and stressful your day may be.

Renee was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL and received her Journalism degree from the University of Florida (GO GATORS!). After going back to school and receiving her Elementary Education with ESOL Endorsement degree from Florida Atlantic University, she flew halfway across the world to Guam to be with her college sweetheart/officer in the United States Coast Guard, where they married.

They returned to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she taught 2nd and 3rd grade. After two years in Florida, they moved to Williamsburg, Virginia.  While her husband attended law school, she tutored ESOL students while studying to receive her Holistic Health Coaching certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.

Three years later, her and her husband became parents for the first time and when her love for photography started to bloom. She's been an aspiring 'self taught' photographer, who has been filling her mind with photography classes, and practice, ever since.

Soon after, they moved to New Orleans, where Renee received her Creatively Fit Coaching certification, because she fell in love with the calming powers mindless, creativity provides and felt the need to share this message with world, because the world is very, very, deficient of mindless, creative fun.

Her and her husband are now parents to a big sis and a lil bro, whom they love to spend all their time with either at home or at all the food and music festivals New Orleans provides, the Zoo, the Aquarium, and any other place that is kid/toddler friendly in the area.
