Cheers
I bought a cute, little wine bag from Pier 1 a few weeks ago that had this word on it and red hand lettering for our friends.
I just loved it and, of course, as soon as I saw it, I was inspired to hand letter it.
Soon after I finished it, it seemed like everywhere I went, I'd see the word hand lettered everywhere.
Like on a poster in Wegman's while shopping for food with my husband. Ha! And, this time of year helps, too! Lots to celebrate in December! :)
When I saw it, I thought with a big smile, "I handlettered that!" while visioning the word I did.
That's why I love hand lettering uplifting words SO much.
The more uplifting words I feel inspired to handletter, the more uplifting thoughts I have. And, not only that, but I also SEE even more uplifting words around me, that makes me smile BIG and has me FEELING even more GOOD!
Oh gosh! Words can't even describe how this IS so needed for me in my life as a very, VERY, busy and very, VERY, overwhelmed, multi-tasking mommy!
No matter how stuck in a funk my mommy thoughts can be, handlettering uplifting words always, ALWAYS, pulls me out of my funk and back into my heart.
And for that, I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL hand lettering found me!
Until next time...CHEERS!
Why do I doodle uplifting words? Because it easily calms my mind and soothes my soul so I can FEEL JOLLY no matter how overwhelming and stressful my day may be (something that's hard to do when my mind is running five miles ahead or behind the present moment).
