Start a Love Train

The past few weeks, we've watched the Trolls Holiday Special SO much! We're BIG fans!

Actually...I might be a bigger fan than my kids are. Ha! :) 

But, what I've LOVED the most, is all the uplifting words I've been inspired to hand letter from it.

Like this one, from The O'Jays, that's very, VERY, hard to get out of my head. :)

Thank you, Trolls, for BEing SO uplifting and inspiring AND for reminding me of all those positive songs that I haven't listened to in forever!

Why do I hand letter uplifting words? Because it easily calms my mind and soothes my soul so I can FEEL UPLIFTED no matter how overwhelming and stressful my day may be (something that's hard to do when my mind is running five miles ahead or behind the present moment).
