{Photo of the Day} Tulips

{I've started a, Photo of the Day, series here on my blog.  I'm doing this to keep my passion for photography alive, as well as keeping myself challenged (which can be hard with mommy duties constantly call my name) to continue learning my photography skills.  By doing this, I'll stay connected to the beauty of the world that surrounds me on a daily basis...the #1 reason why I love pursing my passion for photography.  Wanna join me?}

Today is my favorite day...first day of Spring!  When I lived in Virginia, a friend of mine told me that she always buys tulips on this day.  I thought that was the best idea and ever since I've been doing the same thing.

Tulips are just so happy and colorful.  I had so much fun photographing them that I ended up falling in love with two versions of the same tulips.

I like the green one because it really represents Spring to me, and because of vibrant Spring feel it gives off.

But, I also loved the simplicity of the vibrant tulips in front of the white background.  

Because I couldn't decide between the two, I decided to just post both. :)

So what about you...which one do you prefer?  The white background or the green background?
